With Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Check Deposit, now available on the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Banking App1, you can deposit a check directly into your eligible Royal Heritage Commercial Bank checking or savings account via iPhone, iPad, Android, Fire, or BlackBerry devices.

To deposit a check, follow these easy instructions:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Banking App.
- Log on to the App.
- From Menu: Tap 'Banking,' then under 'Move Money,' tap 'Check Deposit.'
- From Balances: Tap 'Check Deposit' at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap "Pay check into" to select the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank account you want to deposit the check into, then enter the value of the check into the 'Amount' section.
- To take a picture, place the check face up on a dark background, rotate your phone, and press the camera icon. Make sure that all four corners of the check are inside the red box. Transfers completed on a business day from a checking and savings accounts after 8:00 pm Eastern Time: or on a Saturday, Sunday or Federal holiday will be processed on the next business day: but will be reflected immediately in the available balance.

Transfers cannot be canceled or changed through Mobile Banking. Instead, you can cancel or change a Transfer in the Full Website view or when you log on to Personal Internet Banking from your computer or laptop.

You will receive a secure BankMail within Personal Internet Banking if a transfer cannot be processed.

No, a new payee cannot be setup within Mobile Banking. You can create a new Bill Pay payee when you log on to Personal Internet Banking from your computer or laptop. Once set up and first payment made to that payee, payments thereafter can be setup through Mobile Banking.
Can I change or cancel a bill payment through Mobile Banking?
Bill Payments cannot be canceled or changed through Mobile Banking. Instead, you can cancel or change a bill payment in the Full Website view from your mobile device or when you log on to Personal Internet Banking through your computer or laptop.
What is the cut-off time for bill payments?
Bill Payments scheduled before 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays), will be processed on that day. Payments scheduled after 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.
We recommend that you schedule your bill payments at least five (5) business days before a payment is due.
Is there a fee for the Bill Pay service?
The Bill Pay service is free for all Royal Heritage Commercial Bank customers.

Royal Heritage Commercial Bank , N.A. customers who have an eligible Royal Heritage Commercial Bank savings or checking account. You must also have a Personal Internet Banking account and have downloaded a current version of the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Banking App.
How does Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Check Deposit work?
Mobile Check Deposit works by allowing you to take a picture of the front and back of your properly endorsed check with the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Banking App and your device's camera. Select the account you want the check deposited into and enter the amount of the check. You then submit the transaction to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank through the App and we will process the check. You must then mark the original check by writing "mobile check deposit" on the front with the date and retain the check for ninety (90) days.
Is there a limit on the amount that I can deposit?
For Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Premier: $10,000 daily and $25,000 monthly
For Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Advance: $5,000 daily and $10,000 monthly
For Personal Banking: $3,000 daily and $5,000 monthly
Is there a limit on the number of checks I can deposit?
You can deposit as many checks as you would like as long as you do not exceed the daily and monthly limits.
What types of checks can I deposit?
Only checks drawn on a US institution can be deposited. You can not deposit travelers checks, or international checks.
How will I know if there is a problem with my mobile check deposit after I submit it?
If a problem arises with your deposit, such as a returned check, we'll send a written notice to your primary address by Global mail.
What should I do with my paper check?
You must mark the original check by writing "mobile check deposit" on the front with the date and retain the check for ninety (90) days. After 90 days you should destroy your check.
How long should I keep my paper check?
Please retain your paper check, now marked with "mobile check deposit" and the date, for 90 days.
When will my funds be available?
Checks deposited through Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Check Deposit before 10pm ET on a Business Day will consider that day to be the day of deposit. Deposits made after 10pm ET will be considered to be made on the next Business Day. Funds deposited may not be available for immediate withdrawal and will be made available based on the Funds Availability section of the Rules for Consumer Deposit Accounts.
How long can I see my checks in the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Check Deposit history?
You can view detailed information regarding submitted mobile deposits within the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Banking App. Select Check Deposit History. Futher details regarding deposits and other transactions can be viewed for up to 24 months within your Account Details on the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Banking App or Personal Internet Banking.

The Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern your use of Mobile Banking provided by Royal Heritage Commercial Bank , National Association or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates that hold a Linked Account or provide services ("Royal Heritage Commercial Bank"). Royal Heritage Commercial Bank may also be referred to as "we," "us" or "our". When we use the term "App", we mean an application that runs on a mobile operating system, for example, Apple iOS, BlackBerry OS, and Android. By using Mobile Banking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as the Personal Internet Banking Terms and Conditions. Your use of this App will enable you to:

- You will be asked to consent to the use of location services when you download the App, or, for iOS devices, the first time you use the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank ATM/Branch locator tool.
- You may withdraw this consent at any time by turning off the location services settings on your mobile device.

Mobile Banking is an extension of Personal Internet Banking and customers can use the same log on credentials to access Personal Internet Banking and Mobile Banking. Customers can enroll in the service and create log on credentials through Personal Internet Banking on their browser or through the Mobile Banking App.
Some features and services available through Personal Internet Banking are not available through the Mobile Banking App. To access these features on your mobile device, you may launch Personal Internet Banking from your mobile browser.
You agree that you will not install software onto your mobile device that you are not familiar with or have not read the Terms and Conditions for that software.
You agree to download mobile security software updates when available. You agree that your mobile device will be locked if it is left unattended. As part of the security of your data, you must accept cookies. You can read how we use cookies in our Online Privacy Practices by clicking here.
If you choose to activate the feature that allows you to use your biometric data (for example, fingerprint or facial print) to log onto Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Banking (for supported devices only), you must not allow anyone else's biometric data to access your mobile device. If you do allow anyone else's biometric data to be stored in your mobile device, those persons will have access to your Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Banking and you will be responsible for any money withdrawn or transferred from your accounts when such person uses their stored biometric data.
You agree to log off of Mobile Banking at the completion of your online session.
In the event that your mobile device is lost or stolen and you believe you were not logged off and/or feel your log on credentials may have been compromised, please contact the Customer Relationship Center. We also recommend that you contact your wireless service provider to have your device deactivated.
Royal Heritage Commercial Bank does not charge a fee for using Mobile Banking. The usual and customary fees that Royal Heritage Commercial Bank may charge for any products and services provided continue to apply. You may incur internet data charges and call costs from your mobile service provider/internet service provider. Royal Heritage Commercial Bank is not responsible for these charges.
Changes to Agreement
We may change this agreement at any time. For example, we may add, delete or amend terms or services. We will notify you of such changes by mail, BankMail, or posted notice in an Royal Heritage Commercial Bank branch where you maintain your account. If you initiate any move money transactions through your Mobile Banking after the effective date of a change, you indicate your agreement to the change.
We will send you notice by mail, BankMail or posted notice in a Royal Heritage Commercial Bank branch at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the change if the change results in (1) increased or new account-related fees or charges, (2) increased liability for you, (3) fewer types of electronic funds transfers, or (4) stricter limitations on the frequency or dollar amounts of transfers; unless the change must be made immediately for security reasons.
Any notice to you will take effect when it is delivered to you by mail, BankMail or posted notice in a Royal Heritage Commercial Bank branch or mailed to the last address we have for you in our records.

This section contains the terms and conditions for the use of Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Check Deposit and other remote deposit capture services that Royal Heritage Commercial Bank , N.A. or its affiliates ("Royal Heritage Commercial Bank," "us," or "we") may provide to you ("you," "your" or "User"). Other agreements you have entered into with Royal Heritage Commercial Bank, including
the Rules for Consumer Deposit Accounts, governing your Royal Heritage Commercial Bank account(s), and these Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions, governing your use of the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Banking App, are incorporated by reference and made a part of this section.
- Services. The Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Check Deposit capture service ("Services") is designed to allow you to make deposits to your checking, savings, or money market savings accounts from the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Banking App by scanning checks and delivering the images and associated deposit information to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank or Royal Heritage Commercial Bank's designated processor. There is currently no charge for the Services.
- Acceptance of these Terms. Royal Heritage Commercial Bank reserves the right to change the Agreement under which the Services are offered in its sole discretion at any time. However, Royal Heritage Commercial Bank will notify you of any material change to these terms pursuant to the above section titled “Changes to Agreement.”
- Limitations of Services. When using the Services, you may experience technical or other difficulties. We cannot assume responsibility for any technical or other difficulties or any resulting damages that you may incur. Some of the Services have qualification requirements, and we reserve the right to change the qualifications at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, or your use of the Services, in whole or in part, immediately and at any time without prior notice to you.
- Eligibility. We will determine whether you are eligible for Services in our sole discretion. We may suspend or terminate your use of the Services at any time and without prior notice to you. If you violate the terms of the Services, then we also may use such actions as a basis to terminate your account relationship with us.
- Eligible items. You agree to scan and deposit only checks as that term is defined in Federal Reserve Regulation CC ("Reg CC"). You agree that the image of the check transmitted to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank shall be deemed an "item." You agree that you will not use the Services to scan and deposit any checks or other items as shown below:
a. Checks or items payable to any person or entity other than you.
b. Checks or items containing obvious alteration to any of the fields on the front of the check or item, or which you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check or item is drawn.
c. Checks or items previously converted to a substitute check, as defined in Reg CC.
d. Checks or items drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States.
e. Checks or items drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States.
f. Checks or items not payable in United States currency.
g. Traveler's checks or savings bonds.
h. Checks or items dated more than six (6) months prior to the date of deposit.
i. Checks or items prohibited by Royal Heritage Commercial Bank's current procedures relating to the Services or which are otherwise not acceptable under the terms of your Royal Heritage Commercial Bank account. - Image Quality. The image of an item transmitted to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank using the Services must be legible. The image quality of the items must comply with the requirements established from time to time by ANSI, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Board, or any other regulatory agency, clearing house or association. Checks should be placed on a dark background, ensuring the image is in focus and the four corners of the check are visible inside the red box.
- Endorsements and Procedures. You agree to properly endorse any item transmitted through the Services per the Rules for Consumer Deposit Accounts in section Responsibility for the Back of a Check.
- Receipt of Items. We reserve the right to reject any item transmitted through the Services, at our discretion, without liability to you. We are not responsible for items we do not receive or for images that are dropped during transmission. An image of an item shall be deemed received when you receive a confirmation from Royal Heritage Commercial Bank that we have received the image. Receipt of such confirmation does not mean that the transmission was error free or complete. If there is a discrepancy between the entered and confirmed amount and the amount on the scanned image we will credit the account based on the scanned image. Any item will be deemed to have been deposited at the branch where the account is maintained.
- Funds Availability. Funds deposited using the services before 10pm ET on a Business Day will consider that day to be the day of deposit. Deposits made on a Business Day after 10pm ET will be considered to be made on the next Business Day. Funds deposited may not be available for immediate withdrawal and will be available based upon the Funds Availability section of the Rules for Consumer Deposit Accounts.
- Retention of Original Check. Once your check image has been credited to your account, you must mark the original check by writing mobile check deposit on the front with the date and retain the check for ninety (90) days. You may not present the original check or any image or substitute check created from the original check for payment at any other financial institution. During this 90-day period, you must store the original paper check securely using precautions at least as secure as those you would use to protect a blank check and you must make the original paper check available to us for review at any time and as necessary for us to facilitate the clearing and collection process, to address third party claims, or for our own audit purposes. Should you fail to produce the original paper check, you authorize us to deduct the amount of the check in question from your account, regardless of whether such action may cause your account to not have sufficient funds, and to pay any associated fees. Immediately after this 90-day period, you must destroy the original paper check.
- Deposit Limits. We reserve the right to impose limits on the amount(s) and/or number of deposits that you transmit using the Services and to modify such limits from time to time. You can see those limits here.
- Hardware and Software. In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible hardware and software as specified by Royal Heritage Commercial Bank from time to time, as outlined in our Mobile Banking FAQs.
- Errors. You agree to notify Royal Heritage Commercial Bank of any suspected errors regarding items deposited through the Services in accordance with the Rules for Consumer Deposit Accounts.
- Presentment. The manner in which the items are cleared, presented for payment, and collected shall be in Royal Heritage Commercial Bank's sole discretion subject to the Rules for Consumer Deposit Accounts and disclosures governing your account.
- Ownership & License. You agree that Royal Heritage Commercial Bank retains all ownership and proprietary rights in the Services, associated content, technology, and website(s). Your use of the Services is subject to and conditioned upon your complete compliance with this Agreement. Without limiting the effect of the foregoing, any breach of this Agreement immediately terminates your right to use the Services. Without limiting the restriction of the foregoing, you may not use the Services (i) in any anti-competitive manner, (ii) for any purpose that would be contrary to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank's business interest, or (iii) to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank's actual or potential economic disadvantage in any aspect. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the content and agree not to reverse engineer or reverse compile any of the technology used to provide the Services.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. YOU AGREE YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION AND CONTENT (INCLUDING THAT OF THIRD PARTIES) IS AT YOUR RISK AND IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AS TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES (i) WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; AND (iv) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICES OR TECHNOLOGY WILL BE CORRECTED.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. YOU AGREE THAT WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR THE TERMINATION OF THE USE OF THIS SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR CLAIM (WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF Royal Heritage Commercial Bank HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.
- User warranties and indemnification. You warrant to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank that:
a. You will only transmit eligible items.
b. Images will meet the image quality standards.
c. You will not transmit duplicate items.
d. You will not deposit or represent the original item.
e. All information you provide to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank is accurate and true.
f. You will comply with this Agreement and all applicable rules, laws and regulations.
g. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Heritage Commercial Bank from any loss for breach of this warranty provision.

To deposit a check, follow these easy instructions:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Banking App.
- Log on to the App.
- From Menu: Tap 'Banking,' then under 'Move Money,' tap 'Check Deposit.'
- From Balances: Tap 'Check Deposit' at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap "Pay check into" to select the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank account you want to deposit the check into, then enter the value of the check into the 'Amount' section.
- To take a picture, place the check face up on a dark background, rotate your phone, and press the camera icon. Make sure that all four corners of the check are inside the red box. Important: Royal Heritage Commercial Bank can only accept photos that are sharp and clear and show all four corners of the check.
- Then take a photo of the back of your check. Follow the same process you used to take a photo of the front of the check. Be sure the check is properly endorsed.

How to enable Touch ID/Face ID for Royal Heritage Commercial Bank

Transfers completed on a business day from a checking and savings accounts after 8:00 pm Eastern Time: or on a Saturday, Sunday or Federal holiday will be processed on the next business day: but will be reflected immediately in the available balance.
Can Transfers be canceled or changed through Mobile Banking?
Transfers cannot be canceled or changed through Mobile Banking. Instead, you can cancel or change a Transfer in the Full Website view or when you log on to Personal Internet Banking from your computer or laptop.

Can I set up a new bill payment payee within Mobile Banking?
No, a new payee cannot be setup within Mobile Banking. You can create a new Bill Pay payee when you log on to Personal Internet Banking from your computer or laptop. Once set up and first payment made to that payee, payments thereafter can be setup through Mobile Banking.
Can I change or cancel a bill payment through Mobile Banking?
Bill Payments cannot be canceled or changed through Mobile Banking. Instead, you can cancel or change a bill payment in the Full Website view from your mobile device or when you log on to Personal Internet Banking through your computer or laptop.
What is the cut-off time for bill payments?
Bill Payments scheduled before 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays), will be processed on that day. Payments scheduled after 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time will be processed on the next business day.
We recommend that you schedule your bill payments at least five (5) business days before a payment is due.

Mobile Check Deposit works by allowing you to take a picture of the front and back of your properly endorsed check with the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Banking App and your device's camera. If a problem arises with your deposit, such as a returned check, we'll send a written notice to your primary address by Global mail.

You must mark the original check by writing "mobile check deposit" on the front with the date and retain the check for ninety (90) days. After 90 days you should destroy your check.
How long should I keep my paper check?
Please retain your paper check, now marked with "mobile check deposit" and the date, for 90 days.
When will my funds be available?
Checks deposited through Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Check Deposit before 10pm ET on a Business Day will consider that day to be the day of deposit. Deposits made after 10pm ET will be considered to be made on the next Business Day. Funds deposited may not be available for immediate withdrawal and will be made available based on the Funds Availability section of the Rules for Consumer Deposit Accounts.

Changes to Agreement
We may change this agreement at any time. For example, we may add, delete or amend terms or services. We will notify you of such changes by mail, BankMail, or posted notice in an Royal Heritage Commercial Bank branch where you maintain your account. If you initiate any move money transactions through your Mobile Banking after the effective date of a change, you indicate your agreement to the change.
We will send you notice by mail, BankMail or posted notice in a Royal Heritage Commercial Bank branch at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the change if the change results in (1) increased or new account-related fees or charges, (2) increased liability for you, (3) fewer types of electronic funds transfers, or (4) stricter limitations on the frequency or dollar amounts of transfers; unless the change must be made immediately for security reasons.

- Services. The Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Check Deposit capture service ("Services") is designed to allow you to make deposits to your checking, savings, or money market savings accounts from the Royal Heritage Commercial Bank Mobile Banking App by scanning checks and delivering the images and associated deposit information to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank or Royal Heritage Commercial Bank's designated processor. There is currently no charge for the Services.
- Acceptance of these Terms. Royal Heritage Commercial Bank reserves the right to change the Agreement under which the Services are offered in its sole discretion at any time. However, Royal Heritage Commercial Bank will notify you of any material change to these terms pursuant to the above section titled “Changes to Agreement.”
- Limitations of Services. When using the Services, you may experience technical or other difficulties. We cannot assume responsibility for any technical or other difficulties or any resulting damages that you may incur. Some of the Services have qualification requirements, and we reserve the right to change the qualifications at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, or your use of the Services, in whole or in part, immediately and at any time without prior notice to you.
- Eligibility. We will determine whether you are eligible for Services in our sole discretion. We may suspend or terminate your use of the Services at any time and without prior notice to you. If you violate the terms of the Services, then we also may use such actions as a basis to terminate your account relationship with us.
- Eligible items. You agree to scan and deposit only checks as that term is defined in Federal Reserve Regulation CC ("Reg CC"). You agree that the image of the check transmitted to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank shall be deemed an "item." You agree that you will not use the Services to scan and deposit any checks or other items as shown below:
a. Checks or items payable to any person or entity other than you.
b. Checks or items containing obvious alteration to any of the fields on the front of the check or item, or which you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check or item is drawn.
c. Checks or items previously converted to a substitute check, as defined in Reg CC.
d. Checks or items drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States.
e. Checks or items drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States.
f. Checks or items not payable in United States currency.
g. Traveler's checks or savings bonds.
h. Checks or items dated more than six (6) months prior to the date of deposit.
i. Checks or items prohibited by Royal Heritage Commercial Bank's current procedures relating to the Services or which are otherwise not acceptable under the terms of your Royal Heritage Commercial Bank account. - Image Quality. The image of an item transmitted to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank using the Services must be legible. The image quality of the items must comply with the requirements established from time to time by ANSI, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Board, or any other regulatory agency, clearing house or association. Checks should be placed on a dark background, ensuring the image is in focus and the four corners of the check are visible inside the red box.
- Endorsements and Procedures. You agree to properly endorse any item transmitted through the Services per the Rules for Consumer Deposit Accounts in section Responsibility for the Back of a Check.
- Receipt of Items. We reserve the right to reject any item transmitted through the Services, at our discretion, without liability to you. We are not responsible for items we do not receive or for images that are dropped during transmission. An image of an item shall be deemed received when you receive a confirmation from Royal Heritage Commercial Bank that we have received the image. Receipt of such confirmation does not mean that the transmission was error free or complete. If there is a discrepancy between the entered and confirmed amount and the amount on the scanned image we will credit the account based on the scanned image. Any item will be deemed to have been deposited at the branch where the account is maintained.
- Funds Availability. Funds deposited using the services before 10pm ET on a Business Day will consider that day to be the day of deposit. Deposits made on a Business Day after 10pm ET will be considered to be made on the next Business Day. Funds deposited may not be available for immediate withdrawal and will be available based upon the Funds Availability section of the Rules for Consumer Deposit Accounts.
- Retention of Original Check. Once your check image has been credited to your account, you must mark the original check by writing mobile check deposit on the front with the date and retain the check for ninety (90) days. You may not present the original check or any image or substitute check created from the original check for payment at any other financial institution. During this 90-day period, you must store the original paper check securely using precautions at least as secure as those you would use to protect a blank check and you must make the original paper check available to us for review at any time and as necessary for us to facilitate the clearing and collection process, to address third party claims, or for our own audit purposes. Should you fail to produce the original paper check, you authorize us to deduct the amount of the check in question from your account, regardless of whether such action may cause your account to not have sufficient funds, and to pay any associated fees. Immediately after this 90-day period, you must destroy the original paper check.
- Deposit Limits. We reserve the right to impose limits on the amount(s) and/or number of deposits that you transmit using the Services and to modify such limits from time to time. You can see those limits here.
- Hardware and Software. In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible hardware and software as specified by Royal Heritage Commercial Bank from time to time, as outlined in our Mobile Banking FAQs.
- Errors. You agree to notify Royal Heritage Commercial Bank of any suspected errors regarding items deposited through the Services in accordance with the Rules for Consumer Deposit Accounts.
- Presentment. The manner in which the items are cleared, presented for payment, and collected shall be in Royal Heritage Commercial Bank's sole discretion subject to the Rules for Consumer Deposit Accounts and disclosures governing your account.
- Ownership & License. You agree that Royal Heritage Commercial Bank retains all ownership and proprietary rights in the Services, associated content, technology, and website(s). Your use of the Services is subject to and conditioned upon your complete compliance with this Agreement. Without limiting the effect of the foregoing, any breach of this Agreement immediately terminates your right to use the Services. Without limiting the restriction of the foregoing, you may not use the Services (i) in any anti-competitive manner, (ii) for any purpose that would be contrary to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank's business interest, or (iii) to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank's actual or potential economic disadvantage in any aspect. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the content and agree not to reverse engineer or reverse compile any of the technology used to provide the Services.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. YOU AGREE YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION AND CONTENT (INCLUDING THAT OF THIRD PARTIES) IS AT YOUR RISK AND IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AS TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES (i) WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; AND (iv) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICES OR TECHNOLOGY WILL BE CORRECTED.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. YOU AGREE THAT WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR THE TERMINATION OF THE USE OF THIS SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR CLAIM (WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF Royal Heritage Commercial Bank HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.
- User warranties and indemnification. You warrant to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank that:
a. You will only transmit eligible items.
b. Images will meet the image quality standards.
c. You will not transmit duplicate items.
d. You will not deposit or represent the original item.
e. All information you provide to Royal Heritage Commercial Bank is accurate and true.
f. You will comply with this Agreement and all applicable rules, laws and regulations.
g. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Heritage Commercial Bank from any loss for breach of this warranty provision.
